COVID-19 Safety Guidelines

  • If you are experiencing coughing, a sore throat, or are running a fever please reschedule.
  • All Esthetician’s and client’s are required to wear a mask while in the salon.
  • Hand sanitizer will be available at the front desk and in each treatment room; you are also welcome to wash your hands before/after your appointment in our restroom.
  • Please arrive to your appointment alone and wait in your car or outside of the salon. Text (206)274-6088 once you have arrived and we will respond via text when we are ready for your appointment to begin.

Cancellation Policy

A credit card is required to hold your appointment; cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file. Please give 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. We understand that unexpected circumstances may affect your appointment with us, however last minute cancellations and “no shows” negatively impacts our business.

No show appointments will be charged 100% of the service cost; cancellations and rescheduling within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service cost. We provide courtesy reminders via email/text 72 hours and 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Your appointment time is your responsibility.

If we are unable to process your card, a cancellation fee will be due prior to scheduling your next service. Late Appointments: Please note that if you are more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, we may not be able to accommodate the service. If this is the case, 50% of the service will be charged. Thank you for your understanding!
